Happy holidays! We thank you for choosing Teton Therapy for your Physical and Occupational Therapy needs.
We’re excited to share that, as of the new year, we’ll be changing our scheduling and billing software systems. Our new systems will serve you better by providing more up-to-date scheduling and billing solutions. To make the transition as easy as possible for our valued patients, we’ll be closing all clinics on January 2 nd to transfer data between systems and ensure that all patient information is correct as we return to treatment in the new year.
To help us facilitate this change, we’ll need your help.
You will receive an email on or about January 1st or 2nd from Teton Therapy with the subject “Intake Forms.”
(If you do not have an email on file with us, please notify the Front Desk and add one so you can receive this important message. If you do not wish to put an email on file, do not have an email, or are unable to complete the updates early, no problem! We simply ask that you arrive about 30 minutes early to your first visit in January to complete the required updates.)
When you receive this email, simply use your birthdate to log in, complete and update your account. You’ll find many questions are already completed, but not all. Please take a few moments to answer the rest of the questions, and you’re set!
At your first therapy visit in January, your therapist will update your goals and ensure everything is inputted fully on your treatment chart. This initial documentation will take longer than usual. We’ll adjust the schedule accordingly for the first few days of January. This might mean that we may not be able to schedule you in at your usual times, and you might (temporarily) have to reduce the number of times that you are seen that week. We thank you for your patience during this transition.
