Raised in Fremont County, Cheyenne grew up active in sports and outdoor activities before beginning her journey in occupational therapy. During her clinical training, Cheyenne gained valuable experience in pediatric equine-assisted therapy, focusing on sensory processing, visual motor integration, self-care skills, and emotional regulation.
She also completed advanced training in upper extremity rehabilitation, addressing postural asymmetries and incorporating breathing techniques to improve movement and function.
Cheyenne has a strong interest in hand and upper extremity therapy and is currently pursuing her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credentials to better serve patients with hand and wrist injuries in our community. Growing up in a rural area, she also recognized the need for greater access to care and has experience developing telehealth resources to support patients who may not have local therapy options.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fly fishing and hunting, Cheyenne understands how injuries can limit not only physical ability but also mental well-being and quality of life. Her goal as an occupational therapist is to help patients regain confidence, restore function, and return to the activities and lifestyles they love.
Outside of the clinic, Cheyenne values time spent outdoors and with family and friends, staying connected to the Wyoming community she calls home.
