In September 2011, Teton Therapy welcomed Nancy Ruble into its Riverton clinic as a Front Desk Coordinator. Little did they know then the indelible mark she would leave on the organization over the next 13 years. Throughout her tenure, Nancy’s presence has been nothing short of transformative. Her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to excellence have set a standard that will be difficult to match. From the first greeting at the front desk to the countless daily interactions with patients and colleagues alike, Nancy’s dedication to ensuring a positive therapy experience has been truly unparalleled.
Nancy’s daily presence, particularly her warm smile brightening the early mornings at the Riverton clinic, has been a cornerstone of Teton Therapy’s culture. “I love hearing patients share how happy and kind [Nancy is] whenever they come to the clinic,” says Riverton-based Physical Therapist Andrew Bosselman. Adds Jennifer Hegwood, Billing Department Manager, “I will miss seeing [Nancy’s] face every morning when I get here at 6:30 am.”
As the faces change and routines evolve, Nancy’s steadfast dedication to making every day a little bit friendlier around the clinic will continue. Her tenure is a testament to the incredible culture cultivated at Teton Therapy, where nearly a third of the employees have been with the company for five years or more, and 15% have dedicated a decade or more to our purpose.
