Job Description:
The purpose is to make the Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care successfully without a Therapy Tech.
The successful candidate for this position will need to share our passion for helping others and bringing about life-changing experiences in our patients. Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift
- Enhances the Therapists’ efficiency (Assists therapist as needed)
- Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times (Responsible for the regular janitorial duties of the clinic)
- Ensures that everything a Therapist needs to provide treatment is ready, stocked, and available
- Ensures we have happy patients who feel they have been heard

- Clearly speak, read, and write English
