The purpose is to make the Physical and Occupational Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the Patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care successfully without a Therapy Tech.
The successful candidate for this position will need to share our passion for helping others and bringing about life-changing experiences in our patients. Qualifications:
- Clearly speak, read, and write English
- Enhances the therapist’s efficiency by assisting with exercises and other aspects of treatment as directed by the therapists.
- Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times through cleaning and janitorial duties.
- Makes sure all necessary treatment supplies are ready, stocked, and available for the therapists.
